General terms of use
Using the platform requires accurate information, compliance with the ticket workflow and acceptance of the delivery and checkout rules.
Service scope
The platform is intended for submission, analysis, conversion and delivery of reporting work, including migration, development and advisory services when applicable.
Client responsibility
The client must submit correct files and technical information, including the JSON required for validation, and follow the ticket states and requests associated with the work.
Delivery and checkout
The final work is only available for download after checkout is completed and the ticket moves to DONE. SLA timing is counted until the delivery is returned to the client for approval.
