How the platform works
The process is designed to stay simple for the client and controlled for the engineering team, from submission through final settlement.
Submit a report
Create a ticket, select the desired urgency, attach the original ZIP and provide the structural JSON for the report tables.
Analysis and conversion
The report is reviewed, analyzed and converted by our delivery workflow.
Conversion result
When the conversion is completed, the client receives a notification with the instructions required for payment and for downloading the final deliverables.
Settlement at checkout
After the operator uploads the final ZIP, the ticket moves to checkout. The final download is only available after payment and transition to DONE.
Email notifications
The client receives an email whenever the ticket changes state. The transition-to-DONE email includes access to the final download.
